chest: 34-36" could fit smaller and can fit larger with spillage ;)
waist: 28-29" max can fit much smaller too
as is: minor marks on hem, some
minor distressing to the crochet trimming. natural muslin often has many mini rust looking marks as this does. all very tiny and typical. possibly stains or mark or pin holes i missed
