this piece is beyond amazing and can be thrown over dresses and jeans to elevate any look. buttery leather and beautiful earthtone feathers cascading down

chest: loose/free. no closures, meant to be worn open. if you were to place the two
front seams together and measure it would be 38" but could fit much smaller and much larger as it's worn open
waist: 42" if you touched the front seams and measured but is meant to drape open
as is: a few typical mini marks and possibly missing fringe of feathers i am not seeing
