This killer piece from the 1970s looks amazing at the beach, by the pool or sea but I love it worn around town with some cutoffs or old Levi's. Ties around the neck and the waist wraps around fro the back to secure in the front so it could fit a variety of sizes as there are no fixed side seams.

as is: not much to note. there is a tiny puncture hole under the fringe and feathers that I suppose maybe the waist tie is supposed to ago through? who knows. possibly missing fringe or feathers or marks I missed. looks to have never been worn.
