70s scarf tie back halter top

one of my favorites from my personal collection- hankie hem scarf top that ties at the neck and around the back to secure. i must have a dozen photos of me wearing this dream over the years ❤️

waist: n/a ties back to fit most sizes as it's open in back
as is: not much to note. possibly pin holes or marks i missed
